Our home has two sitting areas, the Family room and the Living room. The family room looks out over our beautiful pool deck through patio doors. It has two luxurious sofas. To keep everyone entertained there is a large Television with cable, DVD system and Video player, while an added bonus for the children includes a selection of toys. The open plan Living room contains a large and a small Sofa. The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer/Ice machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (essential for those early morning rises for the theme parks and golf courses). If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the adjoining two-car garage, together with a clotheshorse and ironing board. All the bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. The adjoining golf club has a large selection of facilities, all of which you will be entitled to use. As well as the large communal swimming pool mentioned earlier, there is the luxurious clubhouse complete with fitness centre, tennis courts, and children’s play area, fishing lake, restaurant and bar. There are two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. The dining room is located conveniently between the living room and the kitchen, and contains a large wooden table and six chairs. A large window lets in lots of light and gives a good view from the front of the house. The breakfast nook contains a wrought iron wooden topped table with six wrought iron chairs and two bar stools. Our home contains four large bedrooms. The first Master bedroom has a large Queen sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large bath, shower and twin basins and vanity mirrors. There is also a large walk-in closet, hairdryer, television and clock radio. The Master suite is finished with a beautiful view looking out over the pool deck. The second Master bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom complete with a large bath/shower unit and vanity mirror. There is also plenty of storage space provided by the large built-in closet and drawers, television, clock radio and hairdryer. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and a large built-in closet and drawers. Located conveniently in the same hallway as the three bedrooms is the villas second bathroom, which has a large shower unit and also has direct access out onto the pool deck. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature. The 13 by 26 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade, and is furnished with chairs, tables and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. Other features of the pool deck include a direct access to the villas second bathroom which has a large shower unit, while a pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place. As well as our own pool, you will also have the use of the golf clubs facilities, which include a large communal swimming pool, ideal if you want to put in some serious swimming. The luxurious clubhouse complete with fitness centre, tennis courts, children's play area and restaurant and bar are also at your disposal.
