The villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting and yet is only minutes away from Highway 192 (Road to Disney) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The Disney Theme Parks are less than 10 minutes away.

Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has all the normal furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. It also has an underwater pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £80 per week.

A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a DVD and Video player. The Villa is tastefully decorated in the Floridian style and is of course air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and Master bedroom.

The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is decorated in the “Winnie the Pooh “ theme and has twin beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and these two bedrooms have their own family bathroom. This along with a Queen size Sleeper in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit. There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet.

The villa has a telephone system connected and all local calls are free.

The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc for your stay.

Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. Lazy river boat rides and Pirates Cove crazy golf are both nearby and only 5 minutes drive away is “Old Town” for a great night of fun, with go carts, bungee jumping, vintage American car processions and much, much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Fort Liberty are all close by.

Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 minutes drive away & only 20.5miles.
