Enjoy our beautiful SOUTH FACING fully enclosed pool, in total privacy we have installed the ever popular Florida Glass (this is an opaque mesh so no one can see in)

The pool boasts gas heating which is optional and only recommended October to March (this is charged at a small additional cost)

We have a large deck area with luxury padded furniture

On our community we have a communal swimming pool, tennis, basketball, executive 9 hole golf course, and  picturesque 400 acre lake for fishing,

We do also have another smaller sitting room where you can just relax with a book or just watch the children in the pool as this sitting area looks directly onto the lanai and pool

In the master bath there is a double shower with toilet. Large vanity unit with plenty of towels for your use. We have also added a hair dryer and tongs ect

This spacious privately owned, fully air conditioned villa is located on the golf community of Esprit

Our villa is close enough to Disney to allow you to go back to the villa have lunch, chill out, cool off in the pool then return to enjoy the Disney firework display in the evening

We do not allow pets and the villa is non smoking so if you suffer from allergies our home is the place to be.

(When you sign the booking form you consent to not smoking or having pets in the villa)

We will share with you the short cuts to get into Disney as from our location it is a steady 10 to 15 genuine minutes

As soon as you walk into the hall you will immediately feel at home we have been told by many guests the first words they say are WOW

 

Our south facing pool is fully enclosed it has Florida glass for complete privacy what could be better than having the luxury of your own private pool.

The pool can be lit at night should you want to take a quick dip before bedtime or just to shake of the days busy schedule (ready for the next)

The large, sunny, extended pool deck is furnished with luxury pool furniture, comprising table, chairs and sun beds. Everything is provided for you including pool towels.

Our shady lanai is a perfect place to take a break from the Florida sun and  to cool off with a large ice cold drink Why not enjoy a bite to eat, whilst watching the family enjoying the pool

 

A short walk away from the villa there is a large communal swimming pool with cabana, changing rooms, picnic/BBQ area, tennis and basketball, and a boardwalk leading to a picturesque 400 acre lake, Guests have free use of these facilities,  an access key is available at the villa should you wish to tear yourself away from the comforts of the villa

 

The executive 9 hole golf course available, for a small fee, We are within easy reach of several top golf courses (in the file in the villa are details of these)

 

Just 2 minutes away on the 192 is a Publix supermarket

At the shopping plaza by Publix there is a  video shop, hairdressers, Medical Centre Papa Johns takeaway who will deliver pizzas to your door, and a library, also available are videos, internet access is available free of charge for 30 minuets  each day but if you have your lap top with you access is free from the villa

We are also 5 minuets away from Wal-Mart
